Job details:
- Inspection of static fabrication, machining & rotary components.
- Inspection of Casting & Forging components
- NDT Level II – Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetration Testing, Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing
- Inspection of all incoming materials, verification and inspection of materials, review of test certificates
- Knowledge of welding, WPS, PQR, WPQ
- Inspection of fit-up, weld visual, alignment, out of roundness checking as per the drawing
- To ensure that complete fabrication is done in accordance with the job procedure and stage inspections as per the approved QAP
- Preparing final documentation as per the client & QAP requirement
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and vendors
- Travel for vendor inspections
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, national & international standards, manufacturing and inspection process, quality documentation.
- Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to challenging situation, analytical and problem-solving attitude.
