Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Engineer located in Vadodara. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of manufactured equipment and processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality inspections, implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, performing quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with teams to uphold quality management practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection processes to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Auditing to develop, implement, and monitor quality systems
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive quality reports
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in industries such as oil, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, and nuclear is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal) and the ability to coordinate within cross-functional teams
