Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) – Real Estate Sales Process
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–4 Years
Language Requirement: Minimum 2 South Indian languages mandatory
Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) to audit sales calls, identify process gaps, and improve customer interaction quality for our real estate sales team.
The role involves:
- Auditing buyer and seller calls
- Identifying process leakages and fake scheduling patterns
- Sharing feedback and coaching observations with teams
- Preparing QA reports and RCA observations
- Tracking recurring issues and improvement trends
- Working closely with Training and Operations teams
Required Skills:
- Good listening and analytical skills
- Ability to identify customer handling gaps
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Comfortable handling large volumes of call audits
- Understanding of sales/customer interaction process is preferred
Language Requirement:
Candidates who know multiple languages will be strongly preferred.
Preferred:
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Hindi
- English
Best fit would be candidates comfortable in 4+ languages including English and Hindi.
Preferred Background:
- QA / Audit / Customer Support / Sales Quality
- BPO / Real Estate / Inside Sales experience preferred
