Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara involves working as a QA Microbiologist. The QA Microbiologist will be responsible for ensuring the microbiological quality of products, conducting routine laboratory analysis, overseeing quality control activities, managing and maintaining laboratory equipment, and adhering to quality assurance standards and protocols. The candidate will also participate in identifying and resolving non-conformance issues and assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microbiology and related laboratory skills
- Experience with Quality Control processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of maintaining and operating laboratory equipment
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and practices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Relevant educational background in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or microbiological testing is advantageous
