Role Overview: We are looking for a QA Manual Tester with strong analytical skills to ensure product quality through detailed manual testing. The candidate should have experience in SQL, MySQL, RCA, and debugging issues, along with the ability to test modern features like AI/ChatGPT integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
- Validate backend data using SQL queries in MySQL.
- Work with database concepts like Primary Keys and data validation.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues.
- Test input validations, edge cases, and workflows.
- Use Git commands and logs to assist debugging.
- Test AI/ChatGPT-based features and identify response issues.
Required Skills
- Manual Testing fundamentals (STLC / SDLC)
- SQL & MySQL
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Git commands / CLI basics
- Database concepts (Primary Key, relations, input validation)
- Understanding of DSA basics (arrays, strings, search logic)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
Good to Have
- API testing (Postman)
- Experience testing AI/chatbot systems
- Exposure to automation testing
