QA-Manager Criteria: M.Sc./ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ B Tech with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as QA head in cosmetics/ FMCG industry 1.
Quality System Oversight: o Develop, implement, and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards for cosmetics production. o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, BIS in India, etc.).
- Raw Material & Supplier Quality Control: o Establish and monitor quality standards for incoming raw materials, packaging, and ingredients. o Conduct supplier audits and approve vendors based on quality performance.
- Production Process Monitoring: o Supervise in-process quality checks during mixing, filling, and packaging stages. o Identify deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Finished Product Testing & Release: o Oversee microbiological, stability, and performance testing of finished products. o Approve batch release only after meeting defined quality specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and test results. o Prepare monthly quality reports and present findings to senior management.
- Training & Team Development: o Train production and QA staff on hygiene, safety, and quality protocols. o Build a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across departments. 7. Customer Complaint & Recall Management: o Investigate product complaints and implement root cause analysis. o Lead recall procedures if necessary, ensuring consumer safety and regulatory
