Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a QA Manager specializing in Playwright automation. The QA Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end quality assurance initiatives and automation strategies with a focus on the Playwright framework. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing test strategies, maintaining automation frameworks, and identifying potential software quality issues. The QA Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor QA engineers, and drive best practices to ensure flawless software releases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in test automation tools with expertise in Playwright framework
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, types, and best practices
• Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Ability to plan, create, and execute comprehensive test strategies
• Skills in identifying and resolving software performance issues
• Experience mentoring teams and driving QA best practices
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps practices (preferred)
• Exposure to industries like FinTech, Healthcare, or Retail is a plus
