About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Saama. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision making across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization is required. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages is essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and knowledge of machine learning concepts, will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that support business objectives. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing processes. Assist in the design and implementation of data models and algorithms to enhance predictive analytics capabilities. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes. Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and reports as needed.
