Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA Manager, based in Faridabad. The QA Manager will manage quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with product specifications, establish quality improvement initiatives, and oversee internal audits and testing protocols. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and production to address quality issues, implement process improvements, and maintain quality standards across the production lifecycle. The QA Manager will also monitor KPIs to measure and enhance overall operational and product quality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance processes, Audit procedures, and Compliance standards.
- Skills in Problem-solving, Root Cause Analysis, and Implementation of process improvements.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Technical understanding of manufacturing practices, including product design and production processes.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and drive quality initiatives.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools used for performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO auditor) are a plus.
- Experience in the HVAC, Electronics, or related manufacturing sectors is preferred.
