🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Lead – SCADA / Industrial Systems | 8–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in test strategy, SCADA/industrial systems testing, and managing end-to-end QA processes for complex enterprise environments.

- Strong experience in Test Strategy & Test Planning
- Hands-on exposure to SCADA / Industrial Systems Testing
- Experience in QA lifecycle management & test cycles
- Knowledge of automation & manual testing frameworks
- Understanding of quality compliance & standards
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive overall QA strategy
- Plan, execute, and manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression)
- Ensure quality compliance and testing standards across systems
- Work on industrial/SCADA-based applications
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders
- Identify risks, track defects, and ensure timely delivery
- Lead QA teams and mentor junior testers
