Opening for QA Lead - Manual Testing
Experience: 8+
Location: Bangalore ( (WFO)
NP : Immediate to 10 days
Skills Required:
Lead Experience Mandatory
Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test design techniques, testing types, testing tools, Azure, JIRA, Analytical, Problem-solving, excellent communication skills, DICOM, Web and mobile testing.
• 8+ Years’ experience in software testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test strategy.
• Proven experience in handling testing teams with manual, automation, and performance engineers.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and manage software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Proven experience in handling testing teams with manual, automation, and performance engineers.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing software stability.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging testing trends, and tools.
• Continuously improve and optimize test processes to enhance software quality.
