Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead end-to-end Quality Assurance operations across multiple client accounts and internal products.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on QA expertise, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to manage multiple QA teams/projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA operations across multiple client accounts and projects
- Define QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards for web and platform products
- Build, mentor, and manage QA teams including Manual and Automation Testers
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Developers, and Client Stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Ensure timely execution of test cycles, regression testing, and release validation
- Track bugs, escalations, SLAs, and overall product quality metrics
- Improve QA processes, workflows, and testing efficiency
- Manage test documentation, reporting, and sprint QA deliverables
- Drive automation initiatives and continuous quality improvement
- Handle client communication and provide regular QA status updates
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Software Testing and QA Management
- Experience managing multiple accounts, teams, or enterprise-level projects
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, API Testing, Regression Testing, and Automation concepts
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, Selenium, TestRail, or similar
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or AI-based products is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading distributed or remote QA teams
- Knowledge of performance testing and test automation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to improve QA processes at scale
