About Position:
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across data-centric applications. The role involves leading manual, database, and automation testing efforts while ensuring high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.

- Location: Pune / Gurugram
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead manual testing, ETL testing, and database (SQL) testing activities.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python for API and data validation.
- Track, manage, and report defects, ensuring timely closure and quality sign-off.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in test strategies and automation frameworks.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in Test Case Design and execution.
- Hands-on experience in ETL testing and data validation.
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
- Experience in test automation using Python.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead QA teams and ensure high-quality deliveries.
