Profile - QA Lead
Experience - 8+ Years
Location - Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage QA team across manual and automation testing
- Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution
- Oversee development and maintenance of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Review test cases, automation scripts, and execution results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
- Track, manage, and ensure timely resolution of defects
- Drive CI/CD integration using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Mentor team members and improve overall QA processes and standards
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide testability feedback
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
- Strong experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Good understanding of automation frameworks and scripting (JavaScript / Python / Java)
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC
- Experience in web and/or mobile application testing
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring QA teams
