Role: QA Engineer
We are seeking a highly proactive and self-driven QA Engineer to take complete ownership of the application quality. In this role, you will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the quality mandate, serving as the final gatekeeper before any production release.
- Functional Mastery: Proactively explore the application to understand deep-level workflows, business logic, and backend data flows.
- Release Validation: Ensure 100% completion of New Feature Testing and Regression suites prior to release.
- Cloud Environment Management: Utilize AWS (S3 & EC2) to manage test environments, access logs, or verify file storage and server-side configurations.
- Developer Collaboration: Identify and communicate defects clearly with the development team and track them through the entire lifecycle.
- Data Management: Take charge of test data preparation, maintenance, and cleanup to support consistent testing cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- UI Automation: Proven expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience working with AWS S3 (for storage/logs) and AWS EC2 (for server instances).
- Performance Testing: Foundational knowledge of JMeter to conduct load/stress testing.
- Manual Testing: Strong grip on Functional, Exploratory, and Regression testing techniques.
- Tools: Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA) and version control (Git).
Experience: 5-7 Yrs
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA
