Job Title: QA Engineer (Test Automation + Manual Testing)
Location: Chennai (Onsite – Nanmangalam)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in both Test Automation and Manual Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases, ensuring high-quality product delivery. Experience in handling or mentoring a team will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects with proper documentation
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards
- Participate in test strategy, test design, and test management activities
- Track defects using tools like JIRA or similar and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
- (Optional) Mentor junior testers or support team coordination activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Solid experience in Manual Testing methodologies
- Experience in test case design, test planning, and execution
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience with API Testing (Postman / REST Assured is a plus)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
