Experience: 4?6 Years Location: Pune Domain: Banking / Loans / Financial Services Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium, along with domain knowledge in banking and loan processing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java & Selenium Analyze business requirements, especially related to banking and loan workflows Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy creation Ensure test coverage and maintain documentation (test cases, reports, etc.) Work in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines Required Skills: Technical Skills: Strong experience in Java programming Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver Experience with TestNG / JUnit Familiarity with Maven / Gradle Knowledge of API testing (REST, tools like Postman/RestAssured) Experience with Git or version control systems Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred) Manual Testing: Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC Experience in test case design and execution Good defect tracking and reporting skills Domain Expertise: Experience in Banking / Financial Services Knowledge of Loan Lifecycle (origination, underwriting, disbursement, repayment) Understanding of compliance and data-sensitive applications is a plus
