QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)
Remote (India) | 1–3 years experience
$600–$800/month
We’re hiring a QA Engineer to help us build and scale. Plansom is an AI-first execution platform that turns strategy into measurable outcomes.
Today, most teams have plans, documents and ideas but struggle to turn them into real execution. Plansom changes that. Upload any document, and in 60 seconds it becomes a structured, trackable execution plan powered by AI.
We’re early, growing fast, and looking for someone who wants to take ownership and grow with the product.
What you’ll do
- Test new features across web and APIs (manual + automation)
- Write and maintain automated test scripts (with AI support)
- Create clear test cases, plans, and scenarios
- Identify, document, and track bugs
- Run regression, smoke, and functional testing
- Work closely with engineers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Help improve overall product quality and test coverage
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years QA experience (web or mobile products)
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and testing lifecycle
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- API testing experience (Postman / REST APIs)
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or JavaScript
- Exposure to performance testing
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
