Work Experience – Required Qualifications
• Proven 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with hands-on
experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in mobile app testing, web app testing, and risk-based testing.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes, including participation in
sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Experience in Quality Assurance activities in a regulated healthcare and/or medical
devices domain is preferred.
• Preferred hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber,
Selenium WebDriver, Maven, and a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to isolate and debug issues effectively.
• Preferred knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or software testing are a plus.
