Role Description
We are hiring a QA Engineer (2–4 years experience) to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our website across desktop and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with developers and the Technical Project Manager to validate features, workflows, and releases before production.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end website QA across desktop and mobile.
- Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before release.
- Design, write, and maintain automated test cases using Cypress or similar frameworks.
- Perform manual and regression testing during releases.
- Test critical user journeys including navigation, forms, logins, content flows, analytics, ads, and monetization paths.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Coordinate testing in staging/beta environments and support release sign-offs.
- Maintain QA documentation, test plans, and improve test coverage.
- Flag performance, usability, and stability risks proactively.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in web QA/software testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Cypress or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, browsers, and responsive design.
- Experience testing dynamic or content-heavy websites.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to performance and load testing tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
