🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) – 3+ Years Experience

Divergent SoftLab is looking for a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join our growing technology team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality software and enjoy working in a collaborative Agile environment, we would love to hear from you!

About the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through comprehensive testing strategies. The role involves both manual and automation testing, working closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and system testing

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium

• Conduct API testing using Postman / REST APIs

• Identify and track defects using Jira / Bugzilla

• Perform database validation using SQL queries

• Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

• Maintain test documentation and reports

Required Skills:

✔ 3+ years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing

✔ Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC

✔ Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver

✔ Experience with TestNG / JUnit frameworks

✔ API testing using Postman / REST APIs

✔ SQL & database testing knowledge

✔ Familiarity with Git

✔ Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins

✔ Experience with TestRail / Zephyr

Preferred Skills:

• Automation framework design

• Performance testing (JMeter)

• Microservices architecture understanding

• Cross-browser and cross-platform testing

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or MCA.
