Ǫualifications:
- 5+ years of manual and automated ǪA experience required
- Experience with Playwright Page Object Model (POM) frameworks is required
- Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- Testing Native Windows/Mac/Linux applications and installers
- Testing Microsoft 365 Graph API integrations
- Testing MSP/IT/cybersecurity-focused products (ex: network devices, security tools, RMMs, etc.)
- Validating REST APIs, backend data flows, and integration workflows
- Experience working with Agile/Kanban delivery models preferred
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and automation workflows preferred
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute test suites
- Participate in agile ceremonies to help the team understand the impact of ǪA efforts on planned work
- Maintain existing automated test suites
- Generate automated tests to provide coverage for new features and improve coverage of existing features
- Participate in monthly manual regression tests
- Suggest improvements to current ǪA team tools and processes
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test creation, automation efficiency, and QA productivity
Good to have:
- Experience with AWS CodeBuild, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, and Amazon CloudWatch for testing and validating cloud-based applications and serverless workflows.
- Experience with SQL/database validation and debugging is a plus
