Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute end-to-end test plans for reporting and analytics features.
Validate user workflows across frontend and backend systems.
Perform API validation and data flow verification.
Manage and maintain test cases in Jira.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
Support regression testing cycles for sprint releases.
Contribute to automation of E2E test cases (where applicable).
Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies.
Required Skills (Must Have):
Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA for web applications.
Strong experience in end-to-end (E2E) testing.
Hands-on experience with API testing and backend/frontend validation.
Strong experience working with Jira and Agile QA processes.
Ability to identify, document, and communicate issues clearly.
Experience working with API-driven systems.
Strong communication skills (English).
Automation Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with Cypress / Playwright / Selenium.
Experience contributing to automation frameworks and test coverage.
Familiarity with automated test pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS-based platforms and analytics/reporting systems.
Experience simulating network conditions or system disruptions.
Experience working in distributed remote teams.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and quality ownership.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Important Notes:
Candidate should be comfortable working in UK time zone.
Experience in Agile/SCRUM environment is mandatory.
Candidate must have hands-on experience in E2E testing and API validation.
Mac system (M2+, 32GB RAM) required for this role.
