About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing.

- Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test plans.
- Execute test cases and report defects to the development team.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure software quality.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing tools.
- Required Skills:**
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Desirable Skills:**
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Education Qualification:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
