We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong knowledge in fabrication, inspection, and quality documentation for Pressure Vessels, Process Piping, Structural Fabrication, and Skid Packages.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Customer interaction for QA/QC activities
✔️ Monitoring quality inspectors at the site and workshop
✔️ Review & approval of quality documents and inspection reports
✔️ Coordination with Design, Production & Internal teams
✔️ Vendor audit and vendor quality evaluation
✔️ Handling customer inspections and technical discussions
✔️ Ensure compliance with ASME, API, & project specifications
Requirements:
✔️ BE Mechanical with 4 to 5 years of core experience.
✔️ Experience in Oil & Gas / Process Equipment fabrication
✔️ Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, API, EN, B31.3 & Section IX
✔️ Experience in welding inspection, NDT & QA/QC documentation
📍 Location: Mangalore ( Should be ready to travel for Meetings and Audits)
