Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer – Automation (3+ years experience) to own end-to-end testing of a B2B SaaS product. The role requires strong expertise in automation, AI-driven testing, and multi-tenant systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality, zero-defect releases.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Own complete testing lifecycle (test planning → execution → release validation)
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
- Identify comprehensive test cases, edge cases, and scenarios for zero bug delivery
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
- Work on multi-tenant SaaS applications and ensure tenant-level data isolation validation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams in Agile environment
- Quickly learn and test new features/products with minimal supervision
- Use AI tools to generate test cases, improve coverage, and accelerate testing
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases
Skills, Tools & Tech Stack
- Automation: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress, TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, Swagger
- AI in Testing: ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Applitools
- CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, basic Docker
- Test Management: JIRA, TestRail / Zephyr
- Database: SQL, RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
- Experience in B2B software and multi-tenant architecture is mandatory
Good to Have
- Experience in Logistics or GRC or HRMS domain
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, k6)
