About the Role
Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced QA Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in API Testing, Tosca Automation, MQ Integration Testing, and Salesforce Application Testing. Key Responsibilities
- Perform API Testing (Manual & Automation) for REST and SOAP web services.
- Develop and execute API automation test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Perform MQ / Message Queue (MQ) Integration Testing for enterprise applications.
- Test Salesforce applications, including integrations and business workflows.
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience in API Testing (Manual & Automation).
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation.
- Experience in API Automation using Tosca.
- Hands-on experience with MQ / Message Queue (MQ) Integration Testing.
- Experience in Salesforce Application Testing.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API authentication.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tricentis Tosca Certification (Preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices is an added advantage.
