Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in AI Testing and Test Automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating AI/ML systems, building automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for AI-based applications
- Perform functional, regression, and automation testing for AI systems
- Validate AI models for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
- Design and execute AI-specific test scenarios, including RAG-based validations
- Analyze test results and provide insights to improve model performance
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Selenium
- Perform API testing and automation
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
- Participate in code reviews and testing strategy discussions
- Work within Agile methodology and use tools like Azure DevOps
- Integrate testing processes within CI/CD pipelines
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- AI Testing / AI Product Validation
- Python with Selenium (Automation)
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in functional and automation testing
- Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall)
- Experience with AI testing frameworks (e.g., DeepEval)
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts
- Experience in API testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in API Automation
- Exposure to Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of AI model validation frameworks and tools
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to contribute to automation strategy and innovation
