Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with expertise in AI-enabled Quality Assurance, enterprise application testing, and automation engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing AI-powered business workflows, AI Agents, enterprise SaaS platforms, analytics systems, and modern CI/CD-driven testing frameworks.
This role will focus on validating intelligent enterprise solutions across CRM, ERP, HRMS, Revenue Operations, and analytics platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, and SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
AI-Enabled Quality Assurance
* Design and execute AI-driven QA strategies for enterprise applications and intelligent workflows.
* Validate AI Agent behavior, response accuracy, decision-making logic, and workflow orchestration.
* Perform testing for AI-enabled enterprise use cases including:
* Revenue Recognition (Rev Rec)
* Deal Desk Automation
* SDR (Sales Development Representative) AI Agents
* Intelligent recommendation and approval workflows
* Validate LLM-based outputs, prompt behavior, guardrails, hallucination controls, and agent orchestration.
Enterprise Application Testing
* Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing for enterprise applications including:
* Salesforce
* NetSuite
* SAP SuccessFactors
* Validate integrations between ERP, CRM, HRMS, middleware, and analytics platforms.
* Test APIs, batch jobs, workflow automation, and event-driven integrations.
Data Warehouse & Analytics Testing
* Validate ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformations, and data reconciliation.
* Perform testing for Data Warehouse, BI, and Analytics platforms.
* Validate KPIs, dashboards, reports, and AI-driven analytics insights.
* Conduct SQL-based backend validation and large-volume data testing.
Test Automation & CI/CD
* Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
* Build automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar frameworks.
* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
* Support continuous testing within DevOps environments.
Quality Engineering & Governance
* Prepare test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and defect reports.
* Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and AI engineering teams.
* Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release validation activities.
* Drive quality metrics, defect leakage analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills
Core QA & Automation
* Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing
* Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools
* API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools
* Strong SQL and database testing skills
* Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail
AI & Intelligent Systems Testing
* Experience in AI-enabled Quality Assurance
* Understanding of AI Agents, LLM validation, and conversational testing
* Experience validating AI workflows and autonomous agent behavior
* Exposure to prompt testing and AI output validation
Enterprise Applications
* Hands-on testing experience with:
* Salesforce
* NetSuite
* SAP
* Understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, Rev Rec, and Deal Desk processes
Data & Analytics
* Experience with Data Warehouse and Analytics testing
* Knowledge of ETL/ELT validation and reporting systems
* Exposure to enterprise analytics platforms and KPI validation
DevOps & CI/CD
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
