Job Title: QA / E-learning Reviewer – Articulate Rise 360 (Vendor Coordination)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled E-learning Reviewer with strong expertise in Articulate Rise 360 to support a large-scale content migration project. The role involves reviewing, refining, and ensuring high-quality conversion of PowerPoint-based content into engaging Rise modules while maintaining instructional integrity, visual consistency, and managing vendor deliverables effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Review & Validation
- Review and validate converted PowerPoint (PPT) content in Rise 360, including static and interactive screens
- Ensure accurate extraction and optimization of text, images, and assets for seamless integration into Rise
- Evaluate the effective use of Rise interactive components (tabs, accordions, timelines, knowledge checks)
- Perform detailed QA checks for functionality, layout, responsiveness, and navigation
Instructional & Visual Quality Assurance
- Apply instructional design principles to validate content flow and learner experience
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and visual consistency
- Review readability, clarity, grammar, and accuracy of all on-screen text
- Maintain the right balance between static and interactive elements for optimal engagement
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to developers/vendors
- Act as the final quality gatekeeper for all deliverables
Vendor Coordination & Management
- Coordinate with vendors/freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Review vendor submissions and ensure feedback is implemented correctly
- Track vendor performance and maintain consistency across multiple contributors
- Manage timelines and ensure adherence to project milestones
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an E-learning Reviewer / QA Specialist with Articulate Rise 360
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and eLearning quality standards
- Hands-on experience in content review, QA, or migration projects
- Experience in vendor/freelancer coordination and deliverable management
- Strong eye for visual design, layout, and branding guidelines
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop (or similar image editing tools)
- Excellent attention to detail (content accuracy, formatting, and asset quality)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale migration or localization projects
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, LMS platforms, and SCORM testing
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG)
