Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect-tracking tools (JIRA or similar) Participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) Ensure test coverage across multiple browsers and environments Continuously improve test processes, frameworks, and quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Selenium/ Java or Playwright(JavaScript/TypeScript). Solid understanding of automation testing concepts and best practices Experience in manual testing and test case design Knowledge of web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Good to Have Basic knowledge of performance testing tools Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or Playwright.
