Shift: IST (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – aligned with US clients

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation & Manual Tester with 3+ years of experience, specializing in Tricentis Tosca, to support both automation and manual testing activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and US-based clients to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test planning, execution, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Develop and maintain Tosca test suites, modules, and reusable components.
- Execute both manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Maintain test documentation including test cases, reports, and test data management.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing (Manual + Automation).
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.
- Experience creating test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
