Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA Automation Lead, located in Gurgaon. The QA Automation Lead will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure adherence to standards, and guide the automation of testing processes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining test strategies, leading quality audits, managing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The QA Automation Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product reliability and improve quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in Quality Management and implementation of processes
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance
- Strong skills in Quality Auditing and ensuring adherence to standards
- Ability to lead teams and manage quality deliverables across multiple projects
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in automation testing tools and frameworks is a strong advantage
