Hello All,
We are looking for a QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in Cypress, API Automation, and Microservices testing to drive end-to-end testing delivery for large-scale, high-impact programs. This role involves technical leadership, team management, and automation strategy ownership.

Notice Period: Immediate or Upto 15Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end testing delivery across multiple programs
- Lead and manage a team of 10–12 QA engineers (goals, appraisals, mentoring)
- Define and drive automation strategy across UI & API layers
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and Scrum teams to ensure testability
- Design and implement automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, API)
- Work on CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous testing integration
- Drive innovation in QA processes, tools, and accelerators
- Establish test metrics, reporting, and quality benchmarks
- Build POCs and reusable automation frameworks
- Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure high-quality deliverables
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in QA Automation / Testing (Lead level)
- Strong hands-on in Cypress / API Automation / Microservices testing
- Experience with Selenium (C#) + BDD (SpecFlow)
- Hands-on experience with Selenium Grid & test frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies
- Experience in defining test metrics & quality standards
