Alphainterface.ai is looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer – Networking & Security Domain with strong expertise in automation testing. You will be part of a dedicated R&D team working on cutting-edge technologies, including SASE and security-focused applications. This role offers ownership, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with modern tools and frameworks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (ICT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred)
Experience: Minimum 7+ years in testing
Employment type: Fixed-Term Contract (6–9 months)
Work Mode: Remote
Preferred Skills:- Strong understanding of TCP/IP-based networks, SDN/NFV, SD-WAN, and security concepts
- Proficiency in Python, Robot Framework, and Bash scripting
- Experience in test automation for mobile and desktop security applications
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments
- Experience with NMS/ACS/SD-WAN web application testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern integration tools
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams
Responsibilities:- Implement testing procedures and oversee the QA process
- Perform test automation for web, REST, and security applications (mobile & desktop)
- Automate a defined set of test cases using Robot Framework
- Ensure test execution across Windows and macOS environments
- Execute tests manually when required and validate results
- Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues from the technical support team
- Set up test environments, design test plans, and execute test cases
- Deploy automated test platforms covering functional, performance, endurance, and regression testing
- Conduct scalability testing using automation
- Share knowledge and contribute to team capability building
Nice to Have:- CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge
- Experience in security testing
- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
