QA Automation Engineer (Python)

Role Summary
- Automate testing using Python via Pytest + Playwright framework. Validate services/data/models across end‑to‑end flows.
Tech Stack
- Python automation leveraging internal framework. Integration testing across Angular FE and Java/Kubernetes BE. DB validation on MySQL/MongoDB.
Key Responsibilities
- Author robust automated tests for APIs, data integrity, and UI workflows. Establish test data strategies aligned to deep configuration layers.
- Integrate with CI pipelines. Report defects with clear reproduction paths. Drive quality gates for the Pilot Feature and beyond.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Senior‑level Python test automation; experience with enterprise frameworks (custom or open‑source).
- Backend & DB Validation: Strong service-level (API) testing skills and proficiency in database validation across MySQL and MongoDB.
- Collaborates across BA/FE/BE for front‑to‑back delivery.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Proficiency with Postman for rapid API exploratory testing, ad-hoc verification, or environment management.
- Exposure to Selenium framework.
