We are looking for a skilled
QA Automation Engineer to join our team and work on a prestigious global client project known for its innovative workplace culture and cutting-edge technology initiatives. The role involves building scalable automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality product delivery through robust testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java & Selenium
- Develop end-to-end test scripts for web applications using Playwright & Cypress
- Build and maintain API automation test suites for RESTful services
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Collaborate with developers to understand architecture and define test strategies
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Optimize test execution time and improve overall test coverage
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and test case design
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and quality metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in QA Automation and software testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Cypress
- Proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver
- Experience in API testing (Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools)
- Experience in building automation frameworks (Hybrid, POM, BDD)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
