About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks that ensure high-quality product releases. You will work closely with developers, product managers and DevOps teams to embed quality across the SDLC.
Key Requirement:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications
- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
- Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality processes
Background and Experience:
Experience and skills (Must have) :
- Hands on experience in QA with strong focus on automation
- Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good to Have:
- Experience in performance testing (Jmeter,LoadRunner, K6)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
- Exposure to creating testing agents and MCP

- Improved defect detection early in the release cycle
