Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA Automation Engineer at our New Delhi location. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, writing, and executing automated and manual test cases to ensure the software quality of our financial platform. The role involves analyzing and identifying software issues, developing testing strategies for the automation framework, and ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-performing solutions. You will collaborate closely with the development and product teams to meet quality objectives and resolve reported software defects.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance and Software Testing methodologies
- Experience in designing and executing Test Cases for various scenarios
- Proficiency in QA Automation frameworks and tools
- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing techniques and troubleshooting bugs effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with development and product teams
- Experience in the financial services industry or with loan management systems is a plus
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Selenium) is an added advantage
