Role Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience for our Bangalore office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts, identifying and reporting bugs, and ensuring overall product quality. They will collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to build scalable and effective quality assurance practices. The role involves creating and maintaining detailed test plans, managing quality control processes, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies
- Experience with Quality Management, including documenting, implementing, and evaluating quality systems
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and industry compliance standards
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing to ensure process and system compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to testing
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Familiarity with Automation frameworks and tools is a plus
- Relevant certifications in QA or testing methodologies are highly desirable
