About the Role:
We are looking for a QA Associate Analyst to support the quality, reliability, and performance of our customer-facing digital and marketing platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their QA or engineering career who is excited to learn modern testing practices and work closely with production systems.
You will assist in testing and validating MarTech platforms that power campaign delivery, personalization, experimentation, and analytics. Working alongside Quality Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Strategy, and Marketing teams, you will help ensure features function as expected and integrations across the marketing technology stack are reliable and accurate.
This role provides hands-on exposure to platforms such as Launch Darkly, Tealium, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Algonomy, with a strong focus on building foundational skills in automation, data validation, and cross-system testing.

- Execute manual, exploratory, and regression testing for customer-facing web and mobile experiences.
- Support the creation and maintenance of automated tests across UI, API, and basic integration flows.
- Validate that marketing experiences render correctly across browsers, devices, and channels.
- Assist in testing data flows related to campaigns, customer events, and personalization signals.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness across source systems and downstream platforms.
- Partner with engineers and QE team members to understand features early and flag quality risks.
- Log, track, and help triage defects, providing clear reproduction steps and impact assessment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Learn and follow established test strategies, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related technical role.
- Basic understanding of web applications, ETL, APIs, and modern front-end systems.
- Exposure to or interest in test automation (UI or API).
- Familiarity with JavaScript or willingness to learn it for test development.
- Experience executing test cases and documenting results clearly.
- Ability to draft test cases.
- Comfort working with defect tracking and basic monitoring/debugging tools.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to understand how systems work end-to-end.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams.
