Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Architect with strong expertise in POS systems, EMV testing, Web and Mobile applications, along with exposure to modern automation and AI-driven testing tools. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end quality strategy and ensure robust, scalable, and compliant solutions across payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement QA strategy and test architecture across POS, Web, and Mobile platforms
• Lead EMV testing and certification efforts (contact & contactless transactions)
• Design and build automation frameworks for Web and Mobile applications
• Drive API and integration testing across payment ecosystems
• Introduce and scale AI-driven testing solutions (test generation, self-healing automation, etc.)
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Mentor QA team members and promote best practices
• Ensure compliance with payment industry standards
Required Skills
• Strong experience in POS testing and payment systems
• Deep understanding of EMV transaction flows, tags, and certification
• Expertise in Web and Mobile testing (Android & iOS)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Selenium / Playwright (Web Automation)
• Appium (Mobile Automation)
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman, etc.)
• Strong programming skills (Java / Python / JavaScript)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
AI & Modern Testing (Preferred)
• Experience with AI-based testing tools (Testim, Mabl, etc.)
• Knowledge of intelligent test automation and self-healing scripts
• Familiarity with using AI for test optimization and defect prediction
Good to Have
• Experience with payment processors (TSYS, Fiserv, First Data, etc.)
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Performance testing experience (JMeter or similar)
