About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Quality Analyst (Manual) to join our QA team. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure every feature and update we ship meets a high standard of quality. This role sits at the intersection of process rigour and product understanding - you'll need to think like a user, communicate clearly, and take ownership of quality across sprint cycles.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Manual QA testing.

• Strong attention to detail with solid debugging and analytical skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills — able to document clearly and collaborate effectively.

• Familiarity with QA process management tools and structured testing methodologies. • Prior experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
