Role Overview
We are looking for a QA + IT Project Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our mobile applications while helping coordinate projects between developers, designers, and clients.
This role combines software testing and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating with both technical teams and clients.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Test mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web platforms for functionality, usability, and performance
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
- Perform regression testing before releases
- Ensure features meet product requirements and expected user experience
- Clearly differentiate between bugs and change requests
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
Project Coordination
- Assist in managing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Coordinate between developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and progress updates
- Participate in sprint planning and internal team discussions
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
- Be flexible to attend meetings according to client time zones when required
Key Skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to clients and developers
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or IT Project Coordination
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and web applications
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Ability to identify and document issues clearly
- Willingness to work with international clients
Mandatory Skill
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Good to Have
- Experience testing iOS or Android applications
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum workflows
- Basic knowledge of API testing tools like Postman
- Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle
