This is NOT a “sit and observe” internship.
You’ll work directly on growth, operations, platform execution, and marketplace scaling.

As a Q-Commerce Growth & Strategy Intern, you’ll work closely with the founders and growth team to drive marketplace growth across India’s top quick-commerce platforms.

Q-Commerce Growth
- Manage growth across Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and Amazon Fresh
- Monitor daily sales performance and platform metrics
- Improve SKU visibility and discoverability
- Support keyword/search optimization across platforms
- Coordinate growth experiments to improve conversions
Marketplace & Platform Operations
- Manage SKU listings and catalog optimization
- Coordinate pricing updates and discount execution
- Support inventory planning and stock coordination
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and offers
- Reduce stock-out and listing issues
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning discount and offer strategies
- Coordinate banner placements and visibility campaigns
- Work on platform merchandising initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI
- Track conversion uplift during campaigns
Analyze:
- Platform-wise sales growth
- SKU performance
- Campaign ROI
- Conversion trends
- Inventory movement
- Build weekly dashboards and growth reports
- Identify actionable insights from marketplace data
Multi-City Expansion
- Support launch planning for new cities
- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis
- Map demand opportunities platform-wise
- Assist in expansion execution strategies
Strategic Projects
- Work on quick-commerce growth experiments
- Explore new product/category opportunities
- Support consumer behavior and pricing insights
- Assist founders on high-priority strategic projects
