This role will lead the Data and Analytics product vertical by defining and delivering technology solutions tailored to meet the challenges of our internal stakeholders and external partners as we unlock the value of clinical data for hospitals, health systems, and life sciences companies. Essential Functions: Understand and promote the value of the data, interface, reporting, and analytics capabilities across the Q-Centrix technology portfolio Craft and communicate a comprehensive, coherent strategy for the product vertical Actively manage the roadmap, defining and prioritizing new ideas, balancing strategic analysis and SDLC execution Collaborate across the organization to align on the roadmap, launch prioritized initiatives, and coordinate go-to-market activities Engage with internal and external partners to share the strategy, research usage, and solicit feedback Enable market entry through new product introduction and innovation Manage functional and technical dependencies across multiple teams Report and monitor key performance metrics Influence process optimization and resourcing strategy across the vertical Mentor and support Product Management team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
