We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead Python Backend Engineer who can drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong coding skills, deep expertise in backend architecture, database design, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable backend applications and APIs.
Drive technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

Lead code reviews, mentoring, and engineering excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred: AWS Lambda, SQS, Redis, Elasticsearch, Angular, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
