Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area for a Python Master Program Trainer. The trainer will deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Python programming, focusing on industry-relevant applications and best practices. Responsibilities include curriculum development, designing course materials, mentoring students, creating hands-on coding exercises, and maintaining proficiency in the latest advancements in Python and related technologies. The trainer will also evaluate learners’ progress and provide personalized feedback to support their growth and understanding.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming and related libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Flask, Django).
- Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and creating comprehensive training materials in IT-related subjects.
- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and software development best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills to effectively engage with learners of various skill levels.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and accessible manner, with a focus on practical applications.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and experience in resolving technical challenges during training sessions.
- Familiarity with modern software development tools, version control systems, and coding standards is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentorship roles is preferred.
