Job Overview
We are looking for a Java Delivery Lead with strong full-stack expertise and leadership capabilities to manage end-to-end delivery, client interactions, and technical execution.
The ideal candidate should be a hardcore deep-tech resource with hands-on experience across backend, frontend, cloud, and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable Python-based applications
- Architect and develop REST APIs and backend services
- Guide and mentor development teams on coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Work on cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Python development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Python
- Django / Flask / FastAPI
- REST API development
- Microservices architecture
- PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- Git & CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading teams and handling client communication
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
