About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Full‑stack GenAI Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to embark on a career in the rapidly evolving field of Generative Artificial Intelligence. As a Python Gen AI Engineer, you will work on innovative Gen AI projects, developing impactful solutions that leverage the latest advancements in AI technology. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and exploring new tools and frameworks to enhance our AI capabilities. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Python programming, complemented by practical knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone. Familiarity with agentic frameworks like RAG or Lang Graph, and experience orchestrating multi-agent workflows, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and embeddings, with a passion for applying these technologies in real-world scenarios. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes, is required. The candidate should demonstrate self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the AI/ML team to design and develop Generative AI-based applications and solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code primarily in Python, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate agentic frameworks into AI workflows to enable autonomous and reasoning capabilities.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React to enhance user interaction.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new Gen AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to keep solutions innovative and effective.
- Optimize prompt strategies, context handling, and agent performance to improve AI responsiveness and accuracy.
- Support deployment of AI applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and security.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation.
- Continuously learn emerging AI trends and contribute to team knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives.
